Refunds are not offered on orders. Orders that has been placed are final sale.
Orders cannot be modified once placed to ensure quick delivery times. However, there is an exception to update the shipping address. There will be additional fees for delays. Please contact us at support@caavihair.com to update the address on your order.
Shipping and handling time is 2-5 business days.
Order processing for extensions and ready to ship wigs is 3-5 business days and raw wigs are 14-21 business days. These processing times can be extended depending on other circumstances (Ex: Customer's response).
